For our test shoot, we decide to shoot the behind the scenes and dress rehearsal of Girls Next Door, a pole dancing soiree that will be held on January 31st in the Viper Room.

We drive out to Studio City, where Kelly, one of the organizers of Girls Next Door, is holding a dress rehearsal with her co-producer, also named Kelly.

Kelly #1, a dancer herself, waits for her dancers and gives us some back story on the dancers and the reason why she now organizes pole dancing series.

Caitlin (the director) interviews one of the dancers, Nadia, before her costume change.

Kelly #2, a costume designer as well as a dancer and co-producer of Girl Next Door, adjusts Nadia’s outfit. All the dancers will be wearing Kelly’s designs for their piece.

The crew in action, getting some footage as Kelly #2 speaks about the purpose of the costumes in the show.

Caitlin (the director) looks at Adair (the sound guru) while Katie (the cinematographer)  focuses her lens.

Jillian talks about her theme, her choice in costume, and the song she chose for her dance.

After the fitting, we make a company move a few blocks down to a studio where the ladies hold the dress rehearsal.
